COVID-19 UPDATE  November 17th, 2020

We are committed in doing our part to take care of our TEAM and take care of our MEMBERS throughout this public health crisis.  Due to the recent emergency order announced by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, we wanted you to be aware of some changes that we will be making on Wednesday, November 18th, 2020.


We will be adjusting the way we serve the Membership.  Drive-up service will continue to operate during normal business hours while our lobby will shift to APPOINTMENT ONLY.  If you need to make an appointment please call 269-782-2410, we will answer calls between the hours of 8am until 5:30pm.


Drive-up hours are: Monday 8am til 5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am til 5pm, Friday 8am til 6pm and Saturday 9am til 12:30pm.


You can continue to access your account through the ATMs, Online Banking and CU Talk Teller (844-891-0910) to safely manage your accounts from a distance and 24/7. Our Team will continue to be available by phone at 269-782-2410 from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday.


Remember this is only a temporary shift in how we will continue to provide service to the Members of Dowagiac Credit Union.
